With over a decade of experience as a successful realtor and a trailblazing entrepreneur, Kendra's unbridled passion for innovation led her to co-found MORE, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering BIPOC communities through entrepreneurship, innovation, and real estate investment. As the Executive Director of the organization, Kendra is a true leader, tirelessly advocating for affordable housing and closing the wealth gap for all. When she's not hard at work spreading the mission and vision of MORE to the world, Kendra can be found spending quality time with her loving family, exploring new destinations, and hosting unforgettable events. Jason is a force to be reckoned with. As the co-founder and COO of MORE, he has made it his life's work to empower BIPOC communities through entrepreneurship, innovation, and real estate investment. With a wealth of experience as a former realtor, business coach, and online course creator, Jason has reached thousands of individuals and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, igniting their passion and guiding them toward success. His dedication to building strong relationships and creating memorable experiences extends beyond his professional life, as he cherishes time spent with his loving wife and four children and enjoys traveling and playing golf. Jason's commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable society is unwavering, and his leadership has been instrumental in guiding the organization toward its mission. Nicole has worked with MORE since its inception in 2016 as a facilitator and mentor to our students. Nicole’s keen ability to make connections and teach fundamental business strategies makes her an invaluable asset to the MORE program. Nicole enjoys time with family and networking.

Kristen has served the nonprofit community since 2014, working with family engagement, educators, and facilitators, and continues to work to bridge the digital divide using Virtual Reality. A 2015 recipient of the NCFL Toyota Teacher of the Year Award, Kristen brings fun, forward-thinking ideas to the MORE community, ensuring our organization thrives!
