Keep Your Home and Neighborhood Safe and Clean with MORE Flow for a Cleaner Tomorrow!
Hello Neighbor!
Imagine if instead of taking the trash to the dump, it accidentally got dropped into your backyard. Not ideal, right? That's similar to what's happening in some of our homes with dirty water. Instead of going to BluePlains for treatment when you flush the toilet, the waste is going to your neighborhood waterways. We're here to help guide it to the right place!
What's the Issue?
Your home's plumbing system might be connected in a way that sends waste water where it shouldn't go. This can make our neighborhood smell bad and could even make us sick.
How We Fix It:
We use a simple, colorful trick called a dye test - think of it as using detective clues to find where the water is sneaking off to. If we catch it going the wrong way, we're on the case to reroute it, at no cost to you.
Why It Matters:
• Proper sewer connections eliminate unpleasant odors, keeping your neighborhood clean and safe.
• Protects you and your family from health risks, bringing environmental justice to our community.
• Clean rivers and streams are the lifeblood of our community. They help us enjoy being out in nature.
